[GenderAction] 세계은행 기후투자펀드의 모순

GenderAction는 주로 젠더정의(gender justice) 관점에서 <Doubling the Damage: World Bank Climate Investment Funds Undermine Climate and Gender Justice> 보고서(2009.2)를 통해 세계은행의 기후투자펀드(CIFs)의 모순을 비판한다. 그 문제점에 대한 핵심은 다음과 같이 세 가지이다.
1. 세계은행의 기후투자펀드는 기후변화를 악화시킨다.
2. 기후변화는 빈곤 여성에게 불균등하게 영향을 미친다.
3. 기후투자펀드는 젠더정의를 고려하지 않고, 젠더불평등을 악화시킨다.
